[HCDX] Radio Uganda 4976 kHz off air ?

While doing my usual check of the tropical Band Frequencies tonight I notice
that Radio Uganda on 4976 kHz is absent tonight.

Uganda on 5026 kHz is okay but no sign of 4976 kHz's usual strong signal.

Can anyone shed any light on this
