[HCDX] CONGO 4765+ IN'SIA 11860

Hello back 
Coingo seems to return back to SW  for 4765  with the below log for yesterady 
22 of MAy 
CONGO 4765 NF R Congo Brazaville with news in English at 1905 . ID after news 
at 1914 . Then mix of western and folk songs program in French 1920 with local 
music and ethics from Banamoy . Close program 1955 then music. 2000 with news  
till 2015 then program with information , correspondence and public 
announcements ( as far as I could understand them )  Liangas May 22 Retziki 

INSIA seems to use 11860 for abt 24 hrs . I  loged them  for soem times  the  
previous week ( 17 , 19 , 20  with MVT in Litohoron see other mesage) and 
yesterday 22 on R75 . At 1500  signal under severe QRM from both sides on 1700 
was on clear channel ( mix music) however 1730 seems  to be QRMed by posibly 
VoiRi till 1830  , again clear till 1900 and again loiged , 2000 with mostly 
phone ins
