[HCDX] R. Yugoslavia is Back on SW

Radio Yugoslavia was heard by Vasily Gulyaev from
Astrakhan', Russia on May 14 from 18:00 to 18:29 UTC
on 6100 kHz with a broadcast of Russian-language news,
commentaries and music.  The station announces that
it's on the air in Russian daily from 15:00 UT at
11870 and from 18:00 UT on 6100 kHz.
