[HCDX] Unid 4751.9

Dear HCDX-ers   ,
In the last week I have repeatedly heard a (presumaby) Spanish speaking
station on 4751,9 KHz. Reception time 0000-0030 UTC. Level was always very
poor, so that I could  not get an ID.
I have no station listed here.
Only thing I can think of is R. Huanta 2000. Although this station operated
last year around 4747 kHz, TBL lists also 4754.8 as a frequency that has
been used in the past. I have also seen a logging from february that lists
4752.9.
I have not recently noticed a signal on 4747.

Can someone confirm this is R. Huanta, or is it something else ?
