[HCDX] Murmansk 657 inactive

For the past few days (since Tuesday I think) Radio Rossii's outlet on 657
kHz in Murmansk, NW Russia has been silent.  I haven't been able to hear the
Murmansk 1089 tx either.  On Friday both 657 and 1089 were on air again.

Perhaps someone forgot to pay the electricity bill...?
