[HCDX] R. Voice of Hope QSL / Radio Bulgaria log

Received a no-data QSL on "The New Sudan Council of Churches" letterhead 
signed by Jane Namadi, Deputy Editor RVOH stating it was confirmation of my 
reception report. Also states they do not have QSL cards yet, but will send a 
card when they are ready.   The letter was mailed from Uganda, but the 
infomration at the bottom of the letterhead is "POBox 66168, Nairobi, Kenya  
*  Telephone 446966, 448141/2  Fax 447015  *  E-mail nscc-nbo@xxxxxxx"

The letter was typed/dated February 22, 2001 but postmarked from Uganda on 
March 28, 2001.

While not true DX, I have noted the following: 
Bulgaria,  9400 // 11700, Radio Bulgaria,  English broadcast from 2300-0000 
on 9400 suffers from moderate utility interference, while 11700 is strong and 
clear.  (Silvi, April 18, 19 and 20)
