[HCDX] LRA36 back on the air

Hello,

I just noted that LRA 36, Radio Nacional Arcangel, San Gabriel, from
Antarctic mainland, is back on the air.  I tuned in at 1945 UTC to 15475.56
kHz. The transmitter is drifting a bit.  At 2003 the ID and some
announcements followed.
