[HCDX] Unusuual Cx noted 1300 UT

This am at 1200-1300 UT noting numerous Australian radio amateur signals coming in on 17 and 15 meters, with good signals here in the Northeast USA (this while operating mobile).

These unusual morning conditions are short lived each spring but do allow for some rather unique listening opportunities to "Downunder" in their late evening. 

This may be perhaps the last time we see these type conditions for another 8 or 9 years so enjoy it while you can.

note, the typical Europeans who should be coming in on the all daylight path are just not there this AM.
