[HCDX] new Kentucky Militia SW station

Hi folks,

 Heard new Kentucky State Militia Radio. On air now (0314 UTC 7 Mar 01).

3260 USA 0310 Kentucky State Militia Radio. In USB. Gave info as Steve
Anderson, 245 Elrod-Martin Rd, Somerset, Kentucky 42503. Talk about
getting new tubes. He said he's only running 500 watts.
