[HCDX] Replacement IC

Hi all,

I am looking for an integrated circuit in a Yaesu FRG 7700 receiver to
repair it. It is Q46


The IC is labelled as OKI MSM 5524RS (40 pins, it is probably a
microcontroller or a custom integrated circuit)
I would be very grateful if anyone could provide us information how to
obtain this IC. I am prepared to prepay the costs for IC and shipping.
