[HCDX] R Centenario

Hello everywhere,

as already reported by Rocco Cotroneo, Brasil, Radio Centenario La Nueva
moved from former 4855 to new 4865 kHz. I also could observe the station
here on Feb. 26 and 27. Obviously the station is closing down early at
around 2300 UTC.
