I just looked in Passport to World Band Radio 2001, and they show
a different postal code.  The full address:

Radio Capixaba
C.P. 509
29000-000 Vitoria ES
Brazil

They also show a street address (so does WRTH 2001) of:

Radio Capixaba
Av. Santo Antonio 366
29025-000 Vitoria ES
Brazil

Hope these might work!
