[HCDX] 6937 = PBS Kunming, China?

Over the past three years I have often heard a Chinese station numerous times 
in the early morning hours here on Ohio on 6937, usually from 0600 to 0900 my 
local time (1100-1400 UTC).  They usually fade out here by 1400 UTC.   
I only hear them during our winter season.   I have not listened for them 
lately.  

According to Passport to World Band Radio it is the Yunnan People's 
Broadcasting Station at Kunming, China.  Passport lists them on 6937khz from 
1045-1500, 2145-0015, and 0400-0515 UTC.  

I have not tried to write to then as of yet.
