[HCDX] WILM-1450 verie for DX test

1450 WILM Wilmington, DE  Yellow QSL card celebrating their local all-news
format, letter (looks like it was typed on an old IBM Selectric), coverage
map, program schedule, small “WILM Weatherline” stickers, and a dozen
balloons, in 17 days for 50-cent U.S. stamp, which was used – they added
several more stamps, including a 1975 Apollo-Soyuz commemorative.
