[HCDX] North American on 1290

Hi,

I have just picked up a talk station (around 0610 UTC) on 1290 kHz mixing 
with CHRM, which is of course in French.

I guess the English-speaking stations comes from the Northern part of the 
East Coast. USA or possibly CJBK Ontario?
