[HCDX] 19060

I have a friend in South Australia who occasionally over the last 2
months has been hearing a faint signal on 19060 from about 0030-0145
UTC. Very weak, and appears to be Asian language with religious or
soulful type music. 2x9530 is logical, but whatever it is doesn't seem
to propagate here on that frequency.

Anyone else able to hear this?
