Deleware, USA.  1450kHz,  WILM,  Special DX test was somewhat audible here in 
Northeast Ohio.  I listened from 0500-0610 UTC.  In the US this is a crowded 
frequency but I was able to make out the sirens and Morse Code used 
periodically during the test.  (Silvi, February 4)
