[HCDX] R Paradijs 1584 kHz cease broadcasting on Febr 7th

Dutch Radio Paradise is running this announcement frequently :

"Door een ongepaste actie van de eigenaar van deze frequentie, R Gooiland/OK
FM, zijn we gedongen onze uitzendingen te staken. Ondanks alle afspraken
over het gebruik van deze frequentie door R Paradijs heeft men toch gemeend
ons uit de lucht te moeten drukken ... In overleg met de Rijksdienst voor
Radiocommunicatie RDR hebben we besloten op woensdag 7 februari om 6 uur 's
middags (1700 UTC) de uitzendingen te beëindigen ... R Paradijs zal proberen
zo spoedig mogelijk weer in de lucht te komen op 1602 kHz. 1-6-0-2,
misschien een veel betere keuze".

Translation :

"Because of an improper action from the owner of this frequency, R
Gooiland/OK FM,  we are forced to cease broadcasting. In spite of all
agreements about the usage of this frequency, they thought it is necessary
to push us out of the air ... In consultation with the "Rijksdienst voor
Radiocommunicatie" RDR we have decided to stop our transmissions on
Wednesday February 7th at 1700 UTC ... R Paradise will try to be on the air
ASAP on 1602 kHz. 1-6-0-2, maybe a much better choice."
