 Namibia, 3290, Namibian Broadcasting Corporation, full data "NBC TV 
Centre" card, in 17 months, v/s P Schachtschneider - Manager Transmitters, 
with schedule and personal letter. This after my follow up was sent from 
South African by friends in Pretoria.
