[HCDX] cflp no more

CFLP, Rimouski, PQ is no more on AM 1000, but turned FM (102,9).
Jean Fournier, Chief Engineer, tells in a letter that he switched the
MW-transmitter off on December 31st., 2000.
Jean Fournier also gives a meagre future to us MW-fans: In five years
from now 95 percent of the MW-stations in North America (espescially
Canada) have left the AM-band and turned to FM only.
