[HCDX] WFLA QSL

 USA, 25870 kHz, WFLA (NBFM Link), date and frequency letter, 15 months, 
for $1 US and several appeals to station management to QSL, v/s John 
McMartin Chief Engineer WFLA/WFLZ states 65 watts and this is their "pre 
delay talk back to our traffic plane". Apparently now QSLing, anyone else?
