East New
Britain is: P.O.Box 393, Rabaul, ENBP -Papua New Guinea.
Here´s some additional info: "Contact Esekia Mael, Station Manager; or
Oemas
Kumaina, Provincial Program Manager. Return postage required. Replies
slowly."

I hope someone can provide even more accurate info, if needed.
