[HCDX] Loggings from Queen Charlotte Is, B.C., Canada

Not sure if conditions generally are poor, or if things are poor locally 
(lots of electrical/and or atmospheric noise), but a couple of loggings anyway:

PARAGUAY  9737.41  Radio Nacional Paraguay with ID at 0108.  Good reception 
into orchestral musical program.  Best time of the year to hear 
them.  Usually very strong in our local evenings.  (Salmaniw, 28 
Dec.  Queen Charlotte Is, BC).

ROMANIA  11830  Radio Romania International in English to USA/Canada at 
0632 with fair reception only.  Use LSB to avoid splatter from 
11835.  Listed 9530 not heard due to strong co-channel Russian 
speaker.  (Salmaniw, 28 December  Queen Charlotte Is, BC).

Hope for more favourable conditions in the next few days before my return 
to Victoria............Walt.
