[HCDX] Calcutta --> Kolkata

Hello!

According to today's Italian newspaper "Repubblica", the Indian government 
decided to change the name of the city of Calcutta into Kolkata, its old name.
The same change happened previously for Bombay (now Mumbai) and Madras (now 
Chennai).
