[HCDX] new rsl on 1350khz

Hello, 

last night I heard a new RSL testing from the UK. They had a test tape 
announcing that programmes would start on 3rd January. Name could be 
"Hospital Radio Forth" or something similar.

Anybody with further info and particularly address?
