[HCDX] clandestines

hi,
I noticed an middle eastern sounding  unid on 13420khz (ex 13310?)today
(20/12/00),the signal was quite good before the jammer started at 1528, i
don't know the language but it wasn't arabic
i also heard jammers on 13440 and 8860khz

also today
Unid on 9688 in slow speed CC,abruptly off air in mid sentence at 1350utc
 Radio Tirana 9760khz is radiating  16spurs! between 9664 & 9816
