Vs: [HCDX] 1650 kHz

Hello,
this is probably Tallinn Radio from Estonia giving weather bulletins for fishermen and merchant navy. Have heard this same utility station few years ago.

Don't have any address sorry.


BTW,  Turku Radio was logged here this morning at 0637 on 1677 in Finnish/Swedish with special announcements,  luckily this is off the X-band 10's !
