[HCDX] Radio Cook Islands on reduced power

Hi everyone,

I noticed a statement today on the Web site of Radio Cook Islands saying
their 5kW transmitter (630kHz)is running at half power due to power costs.
Apologies if this is old news, but I don't recall seeing that statement
before.
