          1440 UTC "This is All India Radio, Kohima". I suppose this is 
local
          programme.

-1700- UTC 5020 kHz La Voix du Sahel, Niamey. In French. S/O 2-3/2-3
         S=SIGNAL STRENGTH. O= OVERALL MERIT. Why don´t we use this 
         simple language, OK?!

-1738 UTC (S/OFF) 4950 kHz  R KASHMIR with an excellent reception with px
in
         EE. Talks about situation in Jammu and Kashmir. R KASHMIR ID was
given 
         in a local language, hindi. " Ye Akashvani...."

-1720 UTC  4940 kHz ALL INDIA RADIO, GUWAHATI
                  // 4920 Chennai

                 //4775 Imphal
