[HCDX] Darwin testing

I've been hearing what I assume to be Christian Voice, Cox Peninsular site
testing during the course of our local daytime at various times between
0200-0330 on 21680.

Playing continuous music - sounded like selections from the same pop album.
No announcements, and some continuity problems apparent with loss of
modulation from time to time.   Very strong here and can't think what else
it might be.
