RE: [HCDX] Niger on 9705.6 very strong this afternoon

I heard them too.  But an hour earlier, more precisely between 1500 and 1615
I tuned in to a station on 9704.2 kHz that sounded more Middle Eastern /
E.African.  Has anybody an idea about which station I heard ?
