[HCDX] ADMIN: dual copyrights

There has been some questions about "copyright material" on the list.

Please note that if an email is sent to the list which has incompatible
copyright statements, those statements are always VOID and those
postings are under GFDL (right to distribute, copy, etc).

This means that anything you send to the list, make sure it doesn't have
copyrighted material. If you own the copyright and send it to the list by
doing that you give us the right to relicense it under GFDL.

Summarize this: ALL the material on Hard-Core-DX is licensed under GFDL. 
By sending material to the list you are placing it under GFDL. Restrictive
licensing is VOID.
