[HCDX] Unid Latin American station on 1300 kHz

Hi !

Last weekend I was listening to MW stations during a local pedition in
Manamansalo island, Lake Oulujarvi, Finland. We were able to hear PBC
MW stations on 927, 1035 and 1341 kHz in the evening. At the night
I heard American stations like 1680 WTTM Princeton, NJ and several
Latin 
American stations. 

I have a question for allatin American specialists: What is the name
of the station announcing "La Voz de la Liberacion" in Spanish on
1300 kHz. It was heard in the morning around 0400-0500 UTC here in Northern
Finland. Please contact me,
if you know more about the station (address, origin etc.).

conditions were well for Venezuela and Colombia in the MW band.
