[HCDX] Diego Garcia QSL

I received today an email QSL from AFN for my reception of Diego Garcia,
4319 kHz, on 21 October 2000.

Reception was for the time period beginning 2345 UTC, and the reception
window lasted about 15 minutes. This was done using a beverage antenna
running towards South America. I believe at the time the signal was most
likely following a path along the sunrise/sunset terminator.
