[HCDX] AFN in Spangdahlem

On Friday 27th October at 06.54 UTC on 1143 kHz AFN had a local window, and the strongest station had three items related to Spangdahlem Air Base or Eifel East, which is the same area (near Trier). Does anybody know if that airbase has some own programming because, incidentally, one of the transmitters on 1143 is situated at Spangdahlem. Kaiserslautern is the closest known local studio, but they should be on 1107 kHz. Anyone in Germany, can you shed some light on this?
