[HCDX] AFRTS 13362 QTH?

Hi all

AFRTS frequency 13362 kHz seems to be unlisted in official frequency
schedule (http://www.afrts.osd.mil/afnonradio/html/Shortwave.htm) but NPR
www-site tells that it originates from Guam. Is this correct???

Has someone got verification to report on this frequency???
