[HCDX] Where for art thou KHBN?

Hi all,

Have been endeavouring to hear KHBN since B00 came into effect and can't
detect them on any of the freqs listed, either as KHBN or RFA. I know we're
off the back of the beam down here though they have been relatively easy to
hear in the past.

Is anyone hearing them?
