Re: [HCDX] CBC North, 1150 kHz

according to the CBC website, Alice Arm BC is on 1150 kHz  (see
http://www.radio.cbc.ca/channelguide/bear/).  This is the only listing I could
find anywhere in the Territories or in BC.  ( I did not check elsewhere.)

This website is tough to use for DXers, as you need to click on (or hover over)
various locations on a map to then find the frequency.  However, I have a
printed, wallet-sized  foldout called CBC Radio Frequency Guide that lists all
outlets in the country, and I had already scanned it to determine this was a
candidate...

I've asked the CBC webmaster if anything is on 1150, and will walk across the
street in the next week to see what I can find out in person.  (My office is
next door to theirs.)
