[HCDX] ADMIN: delays expected next week

FYI:

Between October 24th and 31st all the lists will experience some delays getting 
emails to subscribers. This is because I will be in London (UK) and Dublin 
(Ireland) on business trip for a week and possibly don't have time to check 
mails/list requests more than once a day or maybe even less than that.
