[HCDX] New name for radio programe in SVK

The first home service program is now called "Rádio Slovensko" (Radio
Slovakia),
ex Slovensko 1 (S 1).

Main transmitters:
  702 Banska Bystrica / Laskomer (200 kW)
  702 Presov / Haniska (200 kW)
1098 Nitra / Velke Zaluzie (750 kW)

The new name might be now confused with Radio Slovakia International, a
foreign service of the Slovak Radio.
