[HCDX] AFRTS Guam?

Hello,
how about AFRTS in Guam that we´ve learned was broadcasting on (and
?heard?)  on 5765 and 13362 kHz?
Michael Foutch, who is the verisigner of the AFRTS outlets and is the
Chief Broadcast Operations Specialist, says in a mail to me regarding
Guam on 5765 kHz:

"Dear Jan,
I do not find 5765 khz on my list of authorized frequencies for AFRTS"

What is it then, or what shall we believe?
