[HCDX] AFRTS Guam

With reference to the discussion about AFRTS-locations and frequencies, I made
an addition to the discussion and sent a special request to Michael Foutch
yesterday. I had already received the verifications, and this time I
specifically asked if he could clear any possible doubts and confirm the
frequency/location combinations regarding Sigonella, Diego Garcia, Hawaii and
Guam at the time of my reception. His reply was very clear, and it's stated
below.

My questions included Guam among others, and the so called Guam-frequencies I
had reported were the familiar ones:

5765,00 kHz
13362,00 kHz

So, hopefully the question about Guam should thus be clarified.
