[HCDX] unIDed and logs /4-10

All logs are made yesterday 4-10 
The unIDed first : 

12172 unID ed station from (t)USA , USB only, man in american english giving at 
2031 tel numbers then  continuous talks , 2040  reference to education. Signal 
is very low  still under preamp with signal less than S1 . They were given an 
ID at 2050  but  due to much noise level  ID was unclear. Does any one know who 
can be? RFPI anyway was not ! Neither with 10940

6600 YL at 1535 with speaks then OM  continuing speeches, all in Korean. Signal 
was S5  but sufered from both sides with much FSK signals (22323)  . Stll on 
1739 with much QRM  from both sides Could it be V of People? ( as per ILG)

MALAYSIA 15295 VoM 1630 is with los signal ( abt S7) but after 1700 and till 
1730 signal was booming to S9+10 with slow fading , mainly with songs from 
Noorshila at 1710 and Siti Nurhaliza at 1718. 9750  woped completely by RFE

(unIDed) Still on freq 15295 and time  1950 with religious songs in PO and man 
speaking in PO . Suden s off at 1953 ,Signal 44444 at S9+10 ..... RFPI / RDP 
who????

CHINA 11375 //11630 CPBS minority sce 1532 voices over instrumental msuic , 
possibly a theatrical play . LAng seems  tibetan . 11375 was 34423 - signal 
varies fastly with 2 fades per second and from S6 to 9- while  11630 is 43423 
with signals of S9 same fading

KOREA 6250 Pyongyang PAngsong 1544 with operas . Poor  under strong QRM from 
fast FSK and relatively clear in LSB 32423 /S5-7 . The 6400  slot was in 
parallel with S5

from jammer totally wiping  the signal S7

CHINA 4820 Tibet (Xizang) PBS 1609 YL/OM with speaks ( news) in tibetan QRM in 
upper side ad good modulation , 1611and 1616 with short interval music and 
music at 1622 . Signal S9+10

4885 still audible at 2006 with prg in lang(Swahili?) and continuous talks , S7 
and 33333
4915 guitar paly at 1958  continuing after clock on 2000. retune in 2010 with 
news in English S9 , 32332 with FSK signals at both bands
