760 XEABC México, MEX Oct. 4; 0658  EDT (1058 UTC), blasting in over WJR
w/choral version of Mexican national anthem, then "XEABC La Megasystema" ID.
Signal was so strong that I did not have to null WJR. (MB-ON)

Is there some kind of law in Mexico requiring all radio stations to play the
national anthem at 1100 UTC?  I've heard the Mexican anthem at this time on
XEX-730 and XEQ-940.  It wasn't part of the sign-on announcement, as these
stations are on 24 hours.  Don't know the tune of the Mexican "himno
