What time would LBH broadcast ?
1386 is a clear channel here on the east coast of Australia and I have heard
the Kaliningrad transmitter here with VOR px at 2000z last year.

According to the QSL-card received today, LBH Radio returns to the air on
October 1st. They do not mention the frequency, but I guess 1386 kHz.
