[HCDX] Inactive 4915, 4976, 5026 ?

Dear all,
While scanning the 60m band in the evening, I noticed that GBC1 on 4915, and
R. Uganda, both on 4976 and 5026, seem to be silent, at least during the
last few days.
GBC2 on 3366 seems to be running normally.
Does someone know more about this ?
Technical problems, or just few more Africans that have said goodbye to the
60m band ?
