Hi Bruce:

I am stumped on this one too. At the time I heard them, 0915 UTC, the
Philippines would still have been in total daylight, an hour or so
before LSR. I don't think I have ever hear a filipino that early anyway.
I have a nice tape of it and it has that "filipino" sound, but not quite
if you know what I mean also no EE & SS in there either.
