Guinea Ecuatorial is the program, not the site, from Noblejas at 1600-1700 
M-F on 17755.

Hi, A small news from the program schedule of Radio Exterior de España: they 
broadcast in Spanish via Equatorial Guinea on 17755 kHz between 1500-2000 
UTC and on 15385 kHz between 1600-1700 UTC.
