[HCDX] ADMIN: duplicates

Hi all,

There was some duplicates on the list yesterday. In some cases when my server 
is in ver heavy network load (a lot of outgoing emails) some connections 
disconnects before the mail is sent ... but other end delivers it anyway. 
Like yesterday there was about 10 mails to the list, and that times 500+... 
5000 mails. 

I'm looking into this and try to prevent it happening in the future.
