On today's Media Network, we carry a short feature about this. The official
advice from AFRTS is to send your report to their HQ, and it will be
forwarded to the Navy. The deal is that AFRTS makes the programmes, but the
technical operation on HF is the responsibility of the US Navy. The AFRTS HQ
